FROZEN MINT JULEP



6 small mint leaves
3 ounces Kentucky bourbon
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Mint sprig

Muddle the mint leaves with the bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in the bottom of a small glass. Pour the mixture into a blender, add ½ cup crushed ice, and blend until slushy. Pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with the mint sprig.
