Makes 1 Mai Tai

2 cups crushed ice
1 large lime
2 ounces rum
½ ounce orgeat
½ ounce orange Curacao
¼ ounce simple syrup
1 sprig mint, for garnish
Slice fresh pineapple, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Put ice in a shaker. Squeeze the lime over ice, saving one squeezed lime half. Add the rum, orgeat, Curacao, and simple syrup and shake. Pour into the glass without straining. Garnish with squeezed lime half, mint sprig, pineapple, and cherry. Aloha!
